About Izzy Vivas

Izzy Vivas is a creative director, experiential planner, and brand strategist based in Kansas City, Missouri. Through Rein + Reason, she develops immersive events, partnerships, and creative experiences that blend thoughtful strategy with strong visual and emotional storytelling.

With a background spanning fine arts, exhibition curation, hospitality, and large-scale event production, Izzy has become known for creating experiences that feel culturally grounded and aesthetically elevated.

In addition to her work through Rein + Reason, Izzy plays a leadership role at Zhou B Art Center Kansas City, where she oversees creative development and partnerships for one of the region’s leading contemporary art institutions. Her projects range from intimate editorial-style weddings and private gatherings to public activations, exhibitions, and large-scale experiential events.

Throughout her career, Izzy has collaborated with and co-hosted projects alongside brands, organizations, and creative partners including Red Bull, Bacardi, City of Kansas City, The Kauffman Foundation, Hella Good Deeds and a growing network of artists, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and cultural institutions.

Izzy’s work and leadership have also contributed to award-winning venue growth, nationally recognized arts programming, and destination-driven cultural initiatives throughout Kansas City. Whether developing a brand experience, curating a gathering, or producing an event inside an active art institution, her approach remains rooted in connection, atmosphere, and meaningful storytelling.
